I did a Jackson Pollock Action Painting. I layered my art, starting with a white background, then I scribbled with with pink, then i went over that with a light green in tendrils. I blended the green and pink, then I drew over that in new brush, a harder brush, and scribbled across the page with that. I then changed the brush but did the same with a dark green. I then used the paint bucket with light blue and filled in the background and I also filled in some of the white areas with blue. I repeated the lines across the page. I used lots of line and no shapes. I put emphasis on the bright colors. I did not like this style of art. To me it does not look beautiful, this style looks basic. There is no intricate detail, there is no reasoning behind this art, it just looks random, like scribbles.
This piece could be about a person who live a happy life but everything is messy and unorganized. This type of art looks like the artist put no time into planning and just splattered paint across a canvas.
